Goals
- Measure and improve the user satisfaction rate for the common site tasks
- Template implementation
- Understanding the web policy and procedures
- Tutorials for templates and other web related duties (build, etc)
- We don't want to measure the audience. We want to measure their satisfaction as the audience may decrease in size due to budget reductions.

Deliverables
- Usability analysis to inform the design of a new information architecture (IA) for the site
- Includes common tasks that can be measured by Google Analytics
- Updated content and IA relevant to current opportunities and challenges faced by UF web managers
- Add new tutorials
- Web site project management outline

- Add guidelines and instructions embedded in the source based on existing feature request

Goals
- Reduce the amount of time it takes to generate a static web page from the templates for non-technical users who manage small sites all on their own.
- Provide a better website user experience by educating and informing web managers on how to make their sites work better through:
- Updated template usage instructions
- Search optimization
- URL redirection for old (dead) links
- Improved navigation for users by using techniques such as card sorting.
- Formalize the discussions between web managers by migrating away from a listerv to a forum system.
- Refresh the look and feel of the Web Administration site to align the visual experience with what web managers do today.

- Non-technical users who are responsible for managing their site and lack the time to technically implement a template
