Web Administration has been developing and testing an application that provides users the ability to track, evaluate and approve business process documents via an easy-to-use website. This work began in early 2007 and has had assistance and support from the Graduate School, Office of the University Registrar, Purchasing, General Counsel, and the Faculty Senate Office. In early September, The Graduate School will begin using this system to track Graduate Degree Program and Graduate Curriculum change requests with this application (approval.ufl.edu).

- How can I be added to a department's approver list?
- Send an E-mail to approval@ufl.edu with your Gatorlink ID and the name of the department you would like to be added to.
- I am putting together a form for a new program within our school, but I am having trouble finding something in the forms. Who can I speak with about this?
- Dr. Kenneth Gerhardt can assist you with questions regarding the content of a form.
- Can I still use the old UCC1 form if it has already been filled out?
- Yes, PDF or DOC formats are acceptable.
